Your Future Self is proud to be partnered with KMAC and Conscious Benefits as part of our Conscious Community pledge.
As a company that promotes the importance of emotional and mental wellbeing in children, we feel strongly about the work that both KMAC and Conscious Benefits do.
KMAC are a charity working closely with the Royal Marsden Hospital in the fight against cancer. Pioneering the use of immunotherapy treatments to treat and prevent cancer, the work they do is ground-breaking.
With a track record of creating astonishing fundraiser events, KMAC have now launched their Corporate Partnership scheme to spread awareness of their incredible work and the work they do with children.
Your Future Self are honoured to be working with KMAC exclusively on our retreat programs.
The retreats are a safe place for youngsters to learn employability skills, build their confidence and prepare them emotionally and mentally for the workplace.
There will also be a sports element to the retreats to encourage team-building and an elite sports program for those showing exceptional sporting promise.
Conscious Benefits will be providing guidance through their Young Persons Charter. They are also hosting The Conscious Employer Awards in partnership with KMAC on 22nd March 2019.

Arrival: 15.00 Monday 12th August 2019 (for staff)
Retreat starts – Tuesday 13th August 2019
Departure: Thursday 15th August 2019 (evening pickup possible)
Venue: A luxury farm complex offering the perfect business retreat for large gatherings in a beautiful & peaceful rural hamlet
Meeting Space: Two large dining rooms (one for 20 guests & one for up to 48 guests), three lounges for breakout spaces
Capacity: A total of 21 bedrooms with 19 bathrooms or en suites.

When you sponsor a child you are providing them with an array of opportunities for young adults to develop emotional bonds with their peers and form relationships with adults who have more life experience and can provide support, guidance, and opportunities to help them succeed in their life and meet their goals.

It is important for young adults to recognise that finding a job often takes time and it is important to develop a plan, schedule and goals.
