There are several ways we can work together either in person or via SKYPE or Zoom. We work with clients on an individual basis and tailor packages depending on their needs, therefore these sessions will always be quoted directly with you, including any applicable discounts.

1:2:1 coaching sessions
These coaching sessions are extremely popular and can help you to with self-esteem, self-confidence, motivation, stress and much more. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and based on the information you provide.

When you book a private Intensive VIP day, you get our undivided attention to work on what is important to you.
Day includes:
- A pre questionnaire to fill out when I receive your request ( so we get off to a flying start)
- A 1 hour Strategy Session Call prior to your full day session
- 1 full day of private intensive coaching session (5 hours)
- Lunch
- 2 x follow up 60 minute sessions
- 1 x 30 minute anytime session.
- 1 months email access.

A programme designed to help you with exams when the pressure to deliver is on.
