I called upon Alison’s services for my 19 year old daughter who suffers badly from anxiety and also depression thrown into the mix. I have gone down every route possible and find that there is absolutely no help for young people out there in the form that Alison offers. Alison takes a no nonsense approach but with a kind and caring manner. She has Skype sessions with my daughter who normally will not tolerate 1-1 sessions with anyone. My daughter instantly felt at ease with Alison and chats away to her now with ease. Alison has put in place a structure to my daughter’s week and also encouraging her to apply goals for the future. I am forever in Alison’s debt for this wonderful service she provides for young people. We are still in the early stages but I’m very confident that Jordan will have a bright future under Alison’s wing, as so far no other person has managed to communicate with her.
